梅汁黃魚卷

原料：小黃魚5條。

調料：番茄醬50克，雞醬60克，白糖200克，白醋100克，薑末添加少許，麻油5克。

2，一個小鍋入色拉油，糖攪拌糖，顏色，攪拌均勻放置的肋，薑，蒜加上丁酸，茴香，草莓，甜醬雲南，雲南雕刻李子，燉菜醬是幹的，即，盤板可。

點評：

其中專門開發的大理系列菜肴，用白族人民的手雕梅燒香，酸甜的味道讓人難以忘懷。

原殼雞蛋布丁

配料：雞蛋殼(4)卵的(a)牛奶(150ml)中細砂糖(20g)中

制作步驟：
